In 1999, we decided to introduce an estate-grown, produced and bottled second-label Cabernet Sauvignon. We named this wine "Caravina," which roughly translates to "My Dear Vine". Robert Parker has described our Caravina Cabernet as "...perhaps the best second wine in all of Napa Valley."
