Mimi's Story

With signature freshness and bright acidity, this wine is a tribute to Mary “Mimi” Seavey and her incredible vitality and generous spirit. Mimi would have enjoyed this lighter style wine. Entirely estate-grown, our 2021 Rosé is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from just a few special rows of our vineyard blocks. Winemaker Jim Duane’s dedication to quality is exemplified in his creation of this clean, crisp wine.

PRODUCTION NOTES

This fifth vintage of Mimi’s Rosé began with the early pick of designated Cabernet Sauvignon rows. The grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed, followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The result is quite refreshing, bright, and mouthwatering.

Serve this versatile wine chilled with seafood, sushi, or a salad. For a contrast pairing, it will hold up well with any recipe made with eggplant, lamb, and mushrooms.
